PRODUCT QUESTIONS
In order to fit your belt properly, the prong must be placed in the middle hole.
The size of a belt is the measurement in inches taken from the base of the prong to the third hole. This measurement should be taken at the height at which you would like to wear your belt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate any changes. To ensure accuracy, we encourage our customers to thoroughly review their orders before completing the purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to email us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.
We offer customers the option to select insurance during the checkout process, and we highly recommend doing so for added protection. Please note that once your items have been successfully delivered to the specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Once your order has been successfully processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking information when your package ships. Due to high order volume, processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Linea Pelle pieces, but if they don't meet your expectations. For domestic orders, you will be offered a refund/exchange only within (14) days of the purchase date. All international orders are FINAL SALE, and no refunds will be issued. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item/s must have tags attached and original packaging accompanying the returned merchandise and show no signs of wear.
