You can return or exchange any item item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked SALE are non-refundable.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. International returns are not accepted at this time. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected. If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, Linea Pelle reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense. Belts sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item. 

Please note that all returned orders are subject to a $15 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount once the return is processed.

We recommend reviewing our return guidelines before initiating a return to ensure your item qualifies. The restocking fee applies to all online purchases, regardless of the reason for return.

PROCESSING
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking information when your package ships. Due to high order volume, processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches. All orders are shipped Monday to Fridayfrom our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Linea Pelle is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse. To be covered, we highly recommend selecting the Route Insurance option upon check out. 
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we are unable to update it once submitted.
