EXCHANGE POLICY
For full-price purchases, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note, purchases made with any form of discount, including early access codes, site-wide promotions, or items marked as SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, price adjustment or refund, regardless if the products page displays the word 'sale'.
We regret that international orders are currently not eligible for exchanges / store credit.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for any form of refund, exchange, price adjustment or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected.
If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, Linea Pelle reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense.
Belts sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Refunds are not offered on any orders.
All eligible items will receive an exchange or store credit only.
For a seamless experience, we offer Instant Exchanges. Select “Instant Exchange” when processing your exchange and your replacement item will ship immediately. A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your card and will automatically be removed once your original item is received back in acceptable condition.
