RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For full-price purchases, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note, purchases made with any form of discount, including early access codes, site-wide promotions, or items marked as SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, price adjustment or refund, regardless if the products page displays the word 'sale'.
We regret that international returns are currently not accepted.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for any form of refund, exchange, price adjustment or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Each item is thoroughly hand inspected.
If the product is ruled as damaged, or if an item is sent back without initiating the return process, Linea Pelle reserves the right to refuse the return and will either keep the item or send it back at the customer's expense.
Belts sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
As we experience high demand during new product drops and exclusive launches, processing times may be extended. We kindly ask for your patience during these times.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our Los Angeles, California warehouse. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING & LIABILITY
Linea Pelle cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have left our warehouse. For added security, we highly recommend selecting the Route Insurance option at checkout to ensure your order is fully covered.
